We’ve added the option to create your own, custom forms for your customers to fill out. This greatly expands on Ochanoko form functionality and allows you to create forms for scheduling appointments, collecting survey data, and more. You can also set up email auto-responses for each custom form.

To access this function, navigate in your Shop Manager to [Operations]>[Custom form].
