We do not offer support by telephone or fax. In orders to keep costs down, we employ a limited number of support staff. Email allows us to more efficiently allocate our time to answer as many inquiries in as timely a manner as possible. Additionally, email support lets us easily create a record of our correspondences with our customers.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via our inquiry form. We will reply to inquiries on weekdays between 9AM and 5PM JST (UTC+9). Inquiries sent outside of business hours will usually be responded to the following day. Depending on the question, responses may sometimes take up to several days.
