Ochanoko operates during Japanese business hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM JST (UTC+9). Please note that our time zone makes it so that we are open during different hours than much of the rest of the world. We are closed on public holidays, including three longer periods (about a week) every year during New Year (late December~early January), Japanese Golden Week (late April~early May) and Obon (mid-August). We will send out emails to inform you when one of these longer holiday periods is coming up, and we will answer any inquiries sent during weekends or holidays as soon as possible on returning to the office. We apologize for any inconveniences resulting from our weekend and holiday schedule.
