Q.Can I view or reset customer passwords?
You cannot view customer passwords, but you can change them in the Shop Manager. Navigate to Orders → Members and click the (View details) button in the View column for the customer whose password you wish to change.
Click the (Edit) button near the top of the next page.
Enter a new customer password in the Password fields and click (Save).
After changing the password, you must contact the customer manually to let them know their new password.
For security reasons, it is recommended that the customer then change their password again. To do so, the customer can log in and navigate to My Page, then click on Edit account information. The password can be changed at the bottom of this page.
