Q.How do I display package tracking numbers on a customer's My Page?

To display package tracking numbers on a customer's My Page, you first need to enable this setting. Navigate in your Shop Manager to OperationsMy Page. In the Tracking number field, select Display and click image (Save). You can also optionally enter a message with more information about the tracking number provided in the Customizable box.

Next, input the customer's tracking number. Navigate to OrdersOrder list and click the image (View details) button for the order you want to add a tracking number to.

In the Sender/Recipient section, click image (Edit).

On the next page, input the tracking number in the Tracking # field. Click image (Confirm) at the bottom of the page, and then on the next page click image (Save).

The tracking number can now be accessed from the Order History link on the customer's My Page.

Click on the relevant order.

The tracking number will be displayed as below:
