Q.Can I change to a different private domain in the middle of a contract?

You can. However, it will cost additional fees. As when registering your first domain, there is a one-time setup fee of $59.95 USD. Additionally, depending on whether you already own your domain, there is an additional domain retention fee that depends on your top-level domain (usually $29.95).

If you wish to change your domain name, send us an inquiry through the (Support) button at the top of the Shop Manager. Include your account ID, current domain name, desired domain name, and whether you already have your domain name or if you wish us to acquire it for you.

After receiving your request, we will send you information on how to complete payment of the fees described above. After payment is confirmed, we will change your domain over. This process may take up to 1 week.

Notes:

• During the domain change process, your webstore may become inaccessible.
• Image links may not display properly after domain change and must be changed manually.
• Email addresses associated with your previous domain cannot be accessed after the change.
